Privacy Policy

Estiqo provides a branded photo-estimate system for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing website, our buyer checkout hand-off, and our onboarding form used to set up new customer accounts.

We collect two categories of information: information you provide directly to Estiqo, and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically when you visit our website.

When you complete Estiqo's onboarding form, you provide us with the following information about you and your business:

• Business name
• Owner name
• Owner email address
• Business phone number
• Business type
• Website URL (optional)
• City and state / service area
• Description of services offered
• Brand colors (optional)
• Additional notes you choose to share (optional)
• A business logo file, only if you indicate that you have one to upload

If you contact us by email, we also receive the contents of your message and any information you choose to include.

When you visit our website, our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard technical information required to deliver the site to you, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and timestamps. This information is used for security, error diagnostics, and operating the service. Estiqo does not currently use any analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking platforms on its marketing website.

We use the information described above to:

• Set up your Estiqo account and branded quote-request page
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Send onboarding and service-related emails
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Estiqo service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Payments for Estiqo subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you click through to checkout, you leave the Estiqo website and complete your purchase on Stripe's hosted checkout page.

Estiqo does not receive, process, or store your payment card number, expiration date, CVV, or full billing details. All payment card information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy and security practices.

We send transactional emails related to your onboarding and account — for example, an internal notification confirming that your onboarding form was received. Our email infrastructure keeps records of the emails we send, including recipient address, template name, delivery status, and any bounce or unsubscribe events, so we can operate the service reliably.

If you no longer wish to receive non-essential emails from us, you may use the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or contact us at hello@estiqo.app.

If you choose to upload a business logo during onboarding, it is stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Uploaded logos are used solely to set up your branded quote-request materials.

When we need to reference an uploaded logo internally (for example, in an onboarding notification email to the Estiqo team), we generate a time-limited signed link that grants access to that single file for a short period. The bucket itself remains private.

Onboarding submissions are stored in our managed database. Uploaded logo files are stored in a private storage bucket. Access to the database and storage is restricted to server-side systems operated by Estiqo; the marketing website itself cannot read submission records back to visitors.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on database tables. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Estiqo relies on a small number of trusted service providers to deliver the service. Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function:

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Stripe receives the payment details you enter on its checkout page.
• Supabase — managed database, storage, and email queue infrastructure used to hold onboarding submissions, uploaded logos, and email delivery records.
• Lovable — hosting platform and email-delivery pipeline used to run the Estiqo website and send transactional emails.
• Cloudflare — edge network used to deliver the website and certain static assets.
• Google Fonts — used to serve the typefaces on our website. Google may receive your IP address and user agent as part of the request to load the fonts.

These providers act as service providers or processors on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Estiqo's marketing website does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or behavioral-tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral trackers.

Certain third-party assets we rely on to deliver the site (such as Google Fonts) may involve requests to third-party servers, but Estiqo itself does not use these to track you across other websites.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to it, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion.

To make a request, please email us at hello@estiqo.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or maintain the security of our service.

We retain onboarding submissions, uploaded logos, and email delivery records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Estiqo service, respond to inquiries, and meet our legal obligations. If you would like your information removed, please contact us at hello@estiqo.app and we will process your request.

Estiqo is a business tool intended for service-business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Estiqo does not sell your personal information. Estiqo also does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Estiqo and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. By using Estiqo, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or operational reasons. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
